I ♥ Kipsari -apuraha
Kipsarissa ruokailu on kuin laittaisi rahaa omaan taskuun: Kipsarin omistavat TOKYOn kautta TaiKin opiskelijat! Kipsarin toiminnasta saaduilla tuotoilla tuetaan opiskelijoiden projekteja, ja nyt syksyllä 2011 on haussa 1500 euron Kipsari –apuraha kaikille TOKYOn opiskelijajäsenille.
Apurahan myöntämisestä päättää arvovaltainen raati, joka koostuu taiteen ja muotoilun ammattilaisista.
Apuraha on haettavissa 30.11.2011 klo 15.00 saakka. Hakemukset palautetaan TOKYOn toimistolle toiminnanjohtaja Adalle (tai sähköisesti ada.schwanck@aalto.fi).
Hakemuksessa tulisi olla :
-Tekstiosuus, jossa on lyhyt kuvaus projektista johon apurahaa haetaan ja talousarvio, sekä hakijan tiedot.
-Tarkasti valittuja A4 –kokoisia kuvia projektista, max 5 kpl.
-CV ja visuaalisen alan hakemuksissa mukana max 10sivuinen taiteilijaportfolio (max A3 -kokoa).
Apurahan myöntämisessä sovelletaan seuraavia ehtoja:
Apuraha myönnetään TOKYO ry:n opiskelijajäsenen / -jäsenten taiteellisen projektin materiaalikustannuksiin.
Apurahaa ei voi käyttää palkkoihin tai palkkioihin.
Apuraha myönnetään yhdelle taiteelliselle projektille.
Apuraha tulee käyttää siihen tarkoitukseen, mihin sitä on haettu. Apurahan saajan on toimitettavan raportti apurahan käytöstä viimeistään kolmen kuukauden kuluttua sen käytön jälkeen. Apurahaprojektin täytyy valmistua vuoden sisällä apurahapäätöksen julkaisusta, ja apuraha voidaan periä takaisin, jos sitä ei ole käytetty jakoperusteiden mukaisesti.
Raportointilomakkeeseen liitetään alkuperäiset kuitit sekä erittely apurahan toteutuneesta käytöstä. Lomake toimitetaan apurahan saajalle myöntövaiheessa.

Eating in Kipsari is like putting money in your pocket: Through TOKYO, Kipsari is owned by TaiK students! With the profit that Kipsari makes, student’s projects are supported, and in fall 2011 it is possible to apply for a 1500 euro Kipsari Grant as a TOKYO student member.
The jury deciding on the award consists of art and design professionals.
The grant can be applied until 30/11/2011, 3pm. Return the applications to executive director Ada to TOKYO’s office (or via e-mail ada.schwanck@aalto.fi).
The application should include:
-A textual part with a short description of the project, budget and applicant’s contact information.
-Carefully chosen A4 size pictures of the project, max 5 copies.
-CV and in applications of the visual field, portfolio (max 10 pages, max A3 size) is required.
The following conditions are applied:
The grant is distributed to TOKYO association’s student member/members artistic project's material costs.
The grant cannot be used for salaries or allowances.
The grant can be distributed to one artistic project.
The grant has to be used for the purpose it has been granted. The beneficiary must return a report of the use of the grant latest three months after the project has been completed. The granted project must be completed during one year from the release of the grant. The grant may be reclaimed if it is not used in accordance with the allocation criteria.
The original receipts have to be attached to the report. The form for the report will be given to the beneficiary after the grant release.
