ARTS Exposed!

Myyntitapahtuma Paviljongissa

Aalto-yliopiston Alumnisuhteet ja Taiteiden ja suunnittelun korkeakoulun opiskelijajärjestö TOKYO järjestävät yhdessä 26.-27.5.2012 (la-su) myyntitapahtuman Paviljongissa (Ullanlinnankatu 2–4, Designmuseon ja Arkkitehtuurimuseon välinen piha). Paviljonki on koko WDC-vuoden keskeinen kohtaamispaikka ja kokeellinen jalusta urbaanille yhdessä tekemiselle.

ARTS Exposed! on osa Aalto-yliopiston Living+ ohjelmaa, joka luo parempia elinympäristöjä kestävän kehityksen hengessä. ARTS Exposed! juhlistaa tapahtumana nimensä mukaan korkeakoulumme loistavaa osaamista ja asiantuntijuutta. Se on yhteinen taidonnäyte.

Tavoitteemme on ilmentää Aalto ARTSin alojen ja asiantuntijuuden monipuolisuutta alumnien ja opiskelijoiden yhteisellä myyntitapahtumalla. Tervetuloa mukaan!

MYYJÄHAKU

Hakuaika 17.2.-16.3.2012

Myyjähaku on avoin ainoastaan TOKYOn opiskelijajäsenille sekä Aalto-yliopiston taiteiden ja suunnittelun korkeakoulun alumniverkostoon kuuluville.

Osallistumismaksu 100 € alumniverkostoon kuuluville ja 70 € TOKYOn opiskelijajäsenille.

Myyntitila noin 140x60 cm, mahdollisuus myös rekin käyttöön ja ripustuksiin.

Jos et vielä kuulu Alumniverskostoon, voit liittyä osoitteessa http://alumninet.aalto.fi. Rekisteröityäsi voit osallistua myyjähakuun. Tokyon opiskelijajäseneksi voit liittyä TOKYOn toimistolla.

Opiskelijoiden sekä alumnien myyjähakuprosessit ovat toisistaan erilaiset, mutta yhtyvät lopullisessa päätöksenteossa. Mikäli hakijoita on enemmän kuin pöytiä, valinta tehdään siten, että kokonaisuus vastaa korkeakoulun alojen ja asiantuntijuuden monipuolisuutta. Kaikkien myyjien on suostuttava noudattamaan osallistumisehtoja.

Päätöksistä ilmoitetaan viikolla 12.

ARTS Exposed!

Sale event in Pavilion

Aalto Alumni Relations and the Student Association of the School of Arts, Design and Architecture TOKYO organize together a sale event on May 25th- 27th 2012 (sat-sun) in the World Design Capital (WDC) Helsinki 2012 hub and urban meeting place, Pavilion (Ullanlinnankatu 2-4, the courtyard between Design museum and Museum of Finnish Architecture).

ARTS Exposed! is part of the Aalto University Living+ program, which aims to create better, more sustainable living environments. ARTS Exposed! celebrates the talent and expertise of the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. It is a collective Tour de Force!

Our goal is to manifest the talent and expertise of the School of Arts, Design and Architecture through a collective alumni & student sale event. Welcome aboard!

CALL FOR SELLERS

Application Period 17 February 2012 – 16 March 2012

Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture’s student association TOKYO student members and registered alumni may participate in the Sale event.

The participation fee is 100 € for alumni and 70 € for TOKYO student members.

The Sale space is 140x60 cm, and some hanging rails are available.

In case you have not yet registered, just visit http://alumninet.aalto.fi and register there. As soon as you get the confirmation, you may continue your application process. You can join TOKYO association at TOKYO’s office.

The application process is slightly different between alumni and students; however the final decision on applicants is made collectively. In case there are more applicants than tables, the exhibitors are selected in order to represent the school’s diversity in all its fields of expertise. All participants must agree to accept the participation policy.

The jury will make their decision and inform applicants in week 12.
